Dr. Benjamin joins Platinum Chiropractic after 8 years of education with a focus on Structural Correction and Neuro-Spinal Restoration. He graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, which is the first chiropractic college in the world. Prior to beginning his chiropractic studies, Dr. Benjamin graduated with a Bachelor's of Science degree in biomedical sciences and chemistry at St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minnesota. At Palmer, great things were in store for Dr. Benjamin. He was invested in multiple clubs and sports teams while living with his beautiful wife Heather, whom he married while attending school in September of 2016. He was awarded the Clinical Excellence Award by Palmer College of Chiropractic for his outstanding work in the clinic.
Dr. Benjamin yearns for the opportunity to directly help people experience optimal health through chiropractic care. In March of 2018, Benjamin is practicing in Eden Prairie and is providing the best possible chiropractic care for people of all ages, with a focus on Structural Correction and Neuro-Spinal Restoration. With his athletic background, especially in hockey and baseball, Dr. Benjamin is able to help athletes of all levels with injuries and with their overall performance.
His passion for chiropractic and helping others comes from being exposed to chiropractic at a young age. Dr. Benjamin has been to a chiropractor since before he learned to walk. His family, especially his mother has always thought highly of chiropractic care. During school he knew he wanted to become a doctor because of his love for people and his caring nature, but did not know which direction of healthcare he wanted to pursue. He prepared to become an orthopedic specialist because of his affection for sports and athletics. After going through all of the preparation, Dr. Benjamin decided to go another route in terms of healthcare. With the rich history of chiropractic in his life, he decided to enroll in chiropractic school after visiting Palmer College’s campus while his brother-in-law was going to school there. Chiropractic has worked so well for his family that he knew he had to do this for other people. The focus of Structural Correction and Neuro-Spinal Restoration is to be as specific, precise and accurate as possible as it relates to the Primary Condition each individual presents with.
Dr. Benjamin learned many different techniques while at school. The main technique he utilizes is the Gonstead Technique. Dr. Benjamin is affiliated with the Eden Prairie Chamber of Commerce, International Chiropractors Association, Minnesota Chiropractic Association, International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, and International Federation of Chiropractors & Organizations.
